Happy Tuesday, y'all! I ate some gluten free corndogs for breakfast 😂😂 Not joking! Lol. I am dying for some of that leftover Alfredo from last night but I put together the last but of the lords noodles with that delicious sauce. I sacrificed the last bit of my beautiful sauce for the kids' noodles. Is that selfless or what? Ugh, life is difficult. My case worker will be coming to see me around lunchtime today to tell me about a (or some) rental assistance program(s) that are available in Hillsborough County. I've been thinking... If I'm starting on November 9th... Idk if I'll be paid starting on the 16th... But I shoulda definitely have a check by the 23rd and them the 30th. Hello internet world! I'm revisiting my blog here to keep myself accountable for eating non-gluten things. Omg yesterday, Sunday October 21st, I ate and ate and I was a freaking black hole. Gluten, gluten free, my body didn't care. For now, I'm experiencing the gluten constipation. But also, in general, I also felt like total crap. The smallest I've been on her scale was 319lbs. So, while I was living at my mom's, I lost 32lbs. Since I've moved into my own place, I have no idea where I stand. I'm mainly basing things off of how I

I have been having troubles with gluten for quite awhile (almost 10 years!) and today I have finally decided that I don't want to live in pain anymore. There were certain food dishes where I could just look at it or just have it in my mouth and my stomach was already upset. Without ado, here are pictures of my day 1 foods... Breakfast Morning Snack   Lunch   Afternoon Snack That has been my day thus far. I will add that I have been using a 1 liter Fiji bottle as my reusable bottle so I can drink an adequate amount of water each day. So far I've had almost 2 liters at 4:25pm. I plan on making tacos for dinner! Woo! I bought some gluten-free taco seasoning at WalMart last night so once I brown up the beef, I'll keep some to the side and simmer that in my own seasoning and the rest will go to the kids. My husband won't b
